   My 1st tank came through the USPS & overseas before that at some point was damaged but the tank looked ok so after I started using it nonstop leaking everywhere it was a waste to lose my ejuice. I was hesitant about contacting customer service as all customer service are overwhelmed with issues. But I got it resolved and switched out the damaged one for one that came in mint condition. These are hard to get use to the child protection measures when you 1st get it, after you will get use to it. The changes Uwell made are amazing the single, double or triple coils are a amazing addition the taste of your juice is amplified by 10 times. I have my crown 4 tank & coils but they are nowhere’s close by any means to the cleaning issues the 4 had & the taste. I find the coils are easier to change out and when you do change them you don’t have to prime them or wick them at all. So much better. Kudos to Uwell job well done.
