Refund Policy
If customers’ packages have not been shipped yet, you may send a request to our customer service team by email at service@sourcemore.com to get full refund. If your package is already on the way or it has been received by your side, please check our return policy.

Defective Items Claims
We highly recommend you keep the original package box or take a photo of the code before discarding it.
If there is anything wrong with the item you received from us within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team via email at service@sourcemore.com with a video or photo of the problem along with exact description, your order number and serial number.

Wrong Item Claims
Please contact our customer service team by email at service@sourcemore.com with photos of product, package box, shipping label along with your order number. “Wrong Item” claims must be reported us within 72 hours from the delivery time.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Daily deal items (excluding eLiquids) are only covered by our DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving them.
